idam stri pumånakariha sa stuvatåm janah.
Let
this havi, holy submission (of relevant material, investigation report, etc.,
in the yajnic social management and administration), bring up the saboteurs to
book like a rushing stream that brings up the foam, and whoever the man or
woman that has committed the foul act must come up here and respestfully
present his or her explanation of the case to the ruling authority.
